How to use it

  1. Set the range. Both ends are included, so 1 to 6 can give you a 1 or a 6.
  2. Choose how many numbers you want, and whether a number may appear twice in the same draw.
  3. Press generate. The last eight draws stay below, so nobody can quietly re-roll.

Questions

Is it properly random?

It uses your browser’s random number generator, which is fine for games, raffles and choosing between options. It is not a certified source for anything with legal or financial weight.

Are both ends of the range included?

Yes. A range of 1 to 6 gives 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 with equal chance, which is what makes it work as a dice replacement.

Can I draw several numbers with no repeats?

Yes, that is what the no repeats box does. Ask for more numbers than the range holds and it will tell you rather than looping forever.
